about

Here's better music! I got a new audio interface, so I had a plan to do something with that, but turns out... that shit don't work! BUMMER! So, after wasting a TON of time on that, I gave up and tried to make a song in 29 minutes, and that's how I got... about 2/3 of this? I wanted to make something out of dreamy interlocking lines, so I started with this sample I have of 4 guitars at once, and then added synth and EP. It didn't feel quite right, so I came up with some drums and could decide if I wanted that or just metronome, so I did both at a point. I recorded a little something with vocal samples but my time ran out and then that got screwed up by technology, so I decided to take the extra time to redo that, arrange the whole thing, and make the sounds a little prettier. I hope you like it? It's about feeling very behind, but in more a melancholy, sitting around way, rather than a useful, "get shit done" way.
